Our Role
ByrneLooby London's involvement from the outset, included a proposal scheme to develop and construct a large basement below the existing garden of this Grade II-listed house. A significant part of our role was to provide detailed reports to mitigate neighbours’ concerns regarding adjoining houses and nearby large trees. In particular, we provided detailed design and a method of construction to safeguard a designated Root Protection Area and took measurements which demonstrated that the development would not infringe significantly on the water table.
