Ayesa acquires M2C, a leading Spanish IT consulting firm

This move consolidates the Ayesa Group’s leading position as a provider of IT services in the insurance, banking and telecom sectors where M2C has a solid presence.

This is the second company acquisition by Ayesa in 2022 having acquired ByrneLooby last February. In 2021, Ayesa was acquired by A&M Capital Europe which aims to double the group’s turnover over the next five years. This move creates a leading Spanish provider of IT services.

AYESA, a global provider of IT and engineering consulting services, has acquired M2C, a Spanish IT consulting firm with 255 employees who specialise in data management and process automation solutions. This acquisition makes Ayesa one of the leading providers of IT services across its markets.

Founded in 2004, M2C offers advanced technology solutions in the fields of big data, data analytics, artificial intelligence and robotic process automation for the insurance, banking and telecom sectors.

Last year, A&M Capital Europe took a majority shareholding in the Ayesa group and launched a strategic plan to double growth organically and via acquisitions, to enable Ayesa to reach its full potential in emerging technologies and continue diversifying into different sectors. M2C represents Ayesa’s second acquisition in 2022.

José Luis Manzanares, CEO of Ayesa, said:
