This impressive property is located on ‘Billionaire’s Row’ – Bishops Avenue. Construction works consisted of a major basement located below the rear garden and extending under the existing three-storey residential property.
A basement excavation up to 11m deep and was constructed using contiguous bored piled walls with an inner reinforced concrete structure, and piled foundations. The house was of special interest in planning terms, and consent included detailed landscaped garden with a feature canal which has a glass base allowing natural light into the basement.
