ByrneLooby partner's, SinclairJohnston provided detailed structural and conservation engineering advice for the planning application, addressing the increasingly complex Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea planning requirements. On successfully receiving planning permission, Sinclair Johnston and Partners were appointed as structural engineering consultant, designing and advising on the complex works.
Works on The Sloane Building are coming along, with the Kings Library now complete after being transformed with a new rooftop penthouse and a new basement. Works include a new impressive ‘Tear Drop’ cantilever stair.
