Since opening in 2002, Middle East Ice & Sweet Water Plant has been uniquely positioned as the largest water processing company with two water plants and an ice factory. These plants have production capacity of 1.6 million US Gallons of water and 2000 ice blocks per day. The fully automated reverse osmosis water treatment plants have been manufactured to the highest US specifications .
Environment Arabia has appointed ByrneLooby to undertake a dispersion study in connection to the development of the Middle East Ice and Water Plant located in Muharraq, Bahrain. The scope of the project is to predict the transport and dilution of the effluent by ambient currents using a MIKE Advection-Dispersion (AD) Model coupled with a Hydrodynamic (HD) Model.
