The Royal Commission in Jubail (RC) plans to develop a waterfront city centre between Al Reggah, Al Deffi and Mardumah in Jubail, along the east coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). It will provide passive and active recreational activities within the cultural context of the region. The work includes approximately 6km of development and partial replacement of the existing seawall. Other development works include architectural aspects to draw attention towards the area and landscaping.
Fahd Alireza Engineering Consultancy (FAEC) appointed ByrneLooby Bahrain to provide support in the review of existing information and to prepare a GI plan and specifications.
Byrnelooby Bahrain designed the gravity mass concrete block wall for the 6km perimeter of Mardumah Bay and provided a concept design of the proposed Marina facility.
