Our Role
ByrneLooby was appointed by PJ Carey under a design and build contract for the detailed design of the refurbishment of the west wing of Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester. The old House of Fraser store is to be reconfigured to provide additional retail space at lower ground floor and parking at level 2. Additional space will also be provided by the addition of mezzanine space, infilling of the escalator void and reconfiguring cores. The works are due for completion in the summer of 2018.
