This substantial London property is formed of a series of Grade II* and Grade II Listed buildings, over a combined total floor area of 33,000 square feet within the Mayfair Conservation area. The site comprises a six-storey main house to the front, a central courtyard area and a terrace of three-storey mews buildings to the rear, all of which are combined into a single dwelling.
ByrneLooby, through Sinclair Johnston & Partners, were appointed at an early stage of the project to assess the structural condition of the existing buildings and to prepare all structural information required in support of the Planning Application. Work is now in progress on site and includes the construction of a double-storey basement with swimming pool under the rear part of the site and single-storey additions to the upper levels of the main house. Works are scheduled for completion in 2018.
