Key to the building’s unique personality was the discovery during preliminary works of beautiful concrete coffered ceilings and the construction of a pitched roof above the original top floor to create a wonderful double-height work space. These have formed the architectural backbone of the re-modelling, giving the office floors a true sense of individuality that recycles a quintessentially 80’s piece of design into one that is totally relevant today.
