Our Role
Appointed by Tipperary Council Council as the scheme designers, our flooding team designed the surface water drainage scheme including flood relief measures. We also undertook the role of PSDP and obtained statutory approval for the scheme under Part 8. ByrneLooby undertook a procurement process for the local authority and supervised the construction and supervised the contract.
The client requested that our team carry out dispute resolution prior to a matter becoming an issue and reverting to conciliation. ByrneLooby were able to manage all disputes without the need for conciliation resulting in an agreed final account and significant savings to the client.
