Our Role

Ayesa was appointed as project management consultants (PMC) for the jetty upgrade which included advising during the tender evaluation phase to ensure that the design and methodologies of the jetty were in line with the latest Standards including BS6349 Marine Works, PIANC, UK Code of Practice for Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships ('MASS'). Our role also evaluated all bids and provided recommendations. Our consultancy role also extended to the construction phase where we became part of the project team reviewing all designs from the selected contractor.
