Overview
Set to be complete in 2025, the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, in Saadiyat Cultural District, will feature some of the rarest natural history specimens ever found on planet Earth. The main objective of the construction is to ignite a life-long passion for the natural world in the visitors. Covering an area of more than 35,000 sqm, the museum will serve as a knowledge bridge where past and present come together to support the future of scientific knowledge and innovation. It will also lead visitors on an incredible journey through time, showing the beginning of the universe, the Earth’s formation, and the history of life on our planet. This museum will be the largest of its kind with a thought-provoking perspective into a sustainable future for our planet.
