With an increasing global focus on the environmental implications of everything we do, ByrneLooby is pleased to announce that Gordon Mudge has joined the company as Environmental Director.
Based in ByrneLooby’s Bahrain Office he brings nearly 30 years of extensive international experience having worked in countries throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and South-east Asia.
Prior to joining ByrneLooby, Gordon worked at RPS Group, URS/AECOM and Jacobs Engineering.
Gordon has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, the power sector, including new nuclear power and in transportation including ports and harbour development/redevelopment projects. He also brings experience with several international lending agencies such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the World Bank, and others. This experience includes working knowledge of the IFC Performance Standards, World Bank Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines, and the Equator Principles.
