Undertaking the New Manager Programme gave me the opportunity to develop myself as I progress into a manager role within Ayesa. We have covered a wide range of topics ranging from managing your team to communication to team building, all of which have given me valuable skills for a manager role. The Ayesa New Manager Program introduced an array of compelling and thought-provoking theories and methods at a point in my career that will help shape the years to come. Modules such as time and task management, finance, project management essentials, mentoring, and team-building has proven immediately beneficial in my day-to-day work and with my team. The program helped me understand shortcomings in my management style and provided constructive methods to alleviate them. The supplementary internal workshops provided by Ayesa staff helped focus some of the theoretical content on its application in Ayesa and resulted in what I thought was a fantastic program.
