Owen O'Leary

Biography

Owen leads the Finance team in management accounting and reporting for all companies in the Ayesa Group. Owen is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has 35 years’ experience in commerce. He is skilled in the management of rapid growth in companies, funding and profit delivery.

Since he joined Ayesa, the company has grown significantly. Seven new business units have been opened and three companies have been acquired by the Ayesa Group in that time. Owen has been heavily involved in these acquisitions, and in the introduction of new systems and KPI reporting in the various business units.

A highlight for Owen has been the acquisition of Sinclair Johnston & Partners in 2017, Terraconsult limited and managing the acquisition of Ayesa. Owen employed a combination of acumen and attention to detail to coordinate with a large number of different parties and to ensure the acquisition reached a successful conclusion for all involved.

Under Owen’s financial supervision, Ayesa consistently delivers profit and continues to grow year on year.
