Paul is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist who currently leads the Bahrain office as well as the Middle East regional marine capability. Paul currently undertakes Project Director and Project Manager roles on marine, environment and associated infrastructure projects and has extensive experience in dealing with both private and government entities in a number of countries.

Paul has extensive project experience in marinas, breakwaters, quay walls, marine structures, artificial reefs, dredging and reclamation as well as fluvial and coastal flood risk and alleviation projects, river engineering and restoration, drainage, water resources and associated infrastructure projects. His project involvement ranges from project management, masterplanning, detailed design to site supervision and has worked in various locations including Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, UK, Ireland, Angola and the USA. Paul has held positions as visiting lecturer in river structures and flood mitigation at the Faculty of Engineering in Bristol University and is currently a Middle East regional reviewer for the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).
