International Water Summit 2016

ByrneLooby participated in this year's International Water Summit in Abu Dhabi. The event ran from 18th to 21st January. ByrneLooby’s Sam Murdock (Director of Water Services) and Ronan Duffy (Commercial Manager) were in attendance.

The International Water Summit (IWS) is a unique global platform for promoting water sustainability in arid regions. IWS brings together world leaders, field experts, academia luminaries and business innovators to accelerate the development of new sustainable strategies and technologies.

Arabian Gulf countries already have the highest per capita consumption of domestic water in the world and its demand is expected to double in the next two decades, further adding to water stress.
