Byrne Looby Partners are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for both “Engineering Firm of the Year” and “Innovation in Workplace Health and Safety” categories in this year’s Irish Construction Industry Awards (ICI).

The ICI Awards are synonymous with best practice in construction industry so there is no better way of demonstrating what we are capable of to the rest of the industry than being shortlisted.

The Engineering Firm of the Year category recognises the best engineering firm operating in Ireland over the last 12 months. Judges looked for evidence of the quality of work firms do for clients on landmark projects, punctual delivery, exemplary health and safety and commercial strength, while maintaining a record for continually high levels of service.

The award for Health and Safety Initiative of the Year (Innovation in Workplace Health and Safety category) looks at how well a company has delivered the best health and safety initiative of the last 12 months. The judges looked for a company-wide commitment to health and safety and how it forms a central part of the culture while also demonstrating clear practical applications and results.

The awards, organised by the Building Design & Construction Magazine (BDC), attract firms in all aspects of the construction industry in Ireland. They provide the ideal opportunity to promote Byrne Looby’s engineering excellence and demonstrate our competitive edge within the sector.

The overall winner of each category will be announced at the award ceremony on the 24th June at Ballsbridge Hotel, Dublin 4.
