Byrne Looby Partners (BLP) were recently commissioned to work on a major project in Saudi Arabia.

The new commission is for the concept design of water and waste water treatment plants at the King Abdullah project for Waad al Shamal City development Phase 1A and will see the development of 1000 residential areas with a population equivalent of 2000.  The impressive 440-square-kilometer industrial city is being established by the Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) who appointed one of Saudi Arabia’s leading engineering service providers, Radicon Gulf Consult Kentz (RGCK), as their main consultant. BLP is working with RGCK on the project.

BLP’s team are delighted to be working on such a prestigious project and important development in the Kingdom and are looking forward to working with others to continue to develop water and infrastructure services for the Kingdom.
