Byrne Looby and ASCO’s scope of works include utility diversion design services and substation design services. The nature of the contract is such that a range of utilities will require diversion as part of the initial metro works. These utilities include water, electricity, telecommunications, military and security, police utilities, medical utilities, sewage and storm water.
