Our Role
Our Colchester site investigation team offered their services to provide ground information to an agreed budget with the client. This included the following elements:
• Phase 1 and 2 Site Investigation including interpretative reporting;
• Flood Risk Assessment including drainage assessment with soakaway testing to BRE365;
• Monitoring boreholes for ground gas and groundwater levels.
By employing Ayesa to undertake these services, The Benacre Company added value to their land and enabled many of the risks associated with ground conditions to be reduced before going to market.
