Our Role
Our Ayesa team of experts in London undertook a thorough inspection followed by structural engineering advice to ensure the development of the £2 million construction scheme. This included the process of getting a new Adult Resource Centre from planning to tender within a very tight 2½ month time frame. The single storey building, shaped in a crescent contains a complex curving roof of steel frame construction. The steel work is exposed, requiring care in the setting out and detailing to ensure compatibility with the internal arrangement and design aesthetics.
