Barrington Hall

Barrington Hall is a fabulous Georgian building constructed in 1735 and comprehensively redesigned in 1868. The 25,000 sq ft building had been used as offices for the past 20 years.

Silvertown secured residential planning consent in September 2014 and it is now being restored as a country home. The estate also includes 36 acres of paddocks, formal gardens, lakes, outbuildings, an enchanting boat house and a tree lined approach.

ByrneLooby has been appointed to provide all structural engineering design for the refurbishment which includes a new indoor pool complex at lower ground floor and extensive remodelling of the east wing.
